
💛 Spleen
The spleen is known as the "foundation of postnatal life." It governs digestion and the transformation of food into qi and blood, acting as the logistics minister of the body.
If diet is irregular or mental strain is excessive, the spleen becomes weakened:
Irregular meals, cold foods, or excess sweets: Impairs spleen yang, leading to bloating and loose stools.
Excessive worry or thinking: Damages spleen qi, causing poor memory, dizziness, and lowered immunity.
Greasy diet: Leads to sluggish digestion, fatigue, and pale complexion.
Key Care Principle: Eat moderately, avoid cold or raw foods, and maintain emotional balance.
Suggested Remedies:
Dizziness, forgetfulness, insomnia, anemia: 1 small bottle Jujube Essence + 1 tbsp Mulberry Malt Drink + 200 ml water. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
Leg cramps in pregnant women, elderly, or children: 1 tbsp Mulberry Malt Drink + 1 pack Aquacore + 150 ml warm water. Drink at 10 am and 4 pm.
💛 Limpa
Limpa dikenali sebagai “asas selepas kelahiran”. Ia mengawal pencernaan dan menukar makanan menjadi qi serta darah, ibarat menteri logistik tubuh.
Jika pemakanan tidak teratur atau fikiran terlalu berat, limpa menjadi lemah:
Makan tidak menentu, makanan sejuk/manis: Melemahkan tenaga limpa, menyebabkan perut kembung dan najis cair.
Terlalu banyak berfikir: Merosakkan tenaga limpa, mengakibatkan mudah lupa, pening, dan imun rendah.
Makanan berminyak: Menyebabkan penghadaman perlahan, badan lesu, dan muka pucat.
Penjagaan Utama: Amalkan makan sederhana, kurangkan makanan sejuk/mentah, serta kekalkan ketenangan emosi.
Cadangan Minuman:
Pening, pelupa, susah tidur, anemia: 1 botol kecil Ekstrak Kurma Merah + 1 sudu besar Minuman Malt Mulberi + 200 ml air. Minum pagi semasa perut kosong.
Kekejangan kaki pada ibu mengandung, orang tua, atau kanak-kanak: 1 sudu besar Minuman Malt Mulberi + 1 paket Aquacore + 150 ml air suam. Minum jam 10 pagi dan 4 petang.

脾为后天之本,主运化,生化气血。它就像王国的后勤部长,负责把饮食化为营养,供给全身。
但若饮食无度或情绪过劳,脾便容易“失职”:
饮食不规律、嗜冷食或甜食:脾阳受损,出现腹胀、大便稀溏。
过思劳心:思虑过多损伤脾气,引起健忘、头晕、免疫力下降。
饮食油腻:运化不畅,容易乏力、面色萎黄。

👉 调养参考:
头晕、健忘、失眠、贫血:大枣精华 1 小瓶 + 桑葚麦芽饮 1 饭匙 + 水 200 ml
早晨空腹饮用孕妇/老人/儿童腿抽筋:桑葚麦芽饮 1 饭匙 + Aquacore 1 包 + 温水 150 ml
上午 10 点及下午 4 点饮用
