💚 Liver

In TCM, the liver is considered the general of the body. It governs the smooth flow of qi and stores blood. It regulates emotions and ensures qi circulation throughout the body.

When under stress, anger, or lack of rest, the general becomes “agitated”:

  • Emotional stress or anger: Causes liver qi stagnation, leading to chest discomfort, irritability, and headaches.

  • Staying up late: Prevents liver blood from restoring, resulting in dry eyes and dull complexion.

  • Greasy diet: Overburdens the liver, causing fatty liver and high cholesterol.

Key Care Principle: Stay emotionally relaxed, avoid late nights, eat light meals, and exercise regularly.

Suggested Remedies:

  • Recovery after staying up late: 1 tsp each of Barley Grass, Wheatgrass, and Chlorella with 200 ml water. Drink at 9 pm.

  • Muscle building and growth: 1 scoop Fermented Black Bean Protein + 1 tbsp Sprout Energy + 200 ml warm water (suitable even for those with rheumatism, high uric acid, or kidney issues).

High cholesterol/fatty liver: 3 tbsp Oats + a pinch of sea salt + 250 ml hot water, cover for 5 minutes. Add 2 tsp Coconut Oil + 2 tsp Flaxseed Oil + 1 tsp Wheat Germ Oil before drinking.


💚 Hati

Dalam TCM, hati dianggap sebagai jeneral tubuh. Ia mengawal aliran qi yang lancar serta menyimpan darah. Hati juga mengawal emosi.

Jika tertekan, mudah marah, atau sering tidur lewat, jeneral akan “berapi”:

  • Emosi tertekan atau marah: Qi hati tersekat, menyebabkan rasa sesak dada, cepat marah, dan sakit kepala.

  • Tidur lewat: Menghalang darah hati daripada pulih, menyebabkan mata kering dan wajah kusam.

  • Makanan berminyak: Membebankan hati, menyebabkan hati berlemak dan kolesterol tinggi.

Penjagaan Utama: Kekalkan emosi stabil, elak tidur lewat, makan ringan, banyak bersenam.

Cadangan Minuman:

  • Pemulihan selepas tidur lewat: 1 sudu kecil Barli Hijau + 1 sudu kecil Rumput Gandum + 1 sudu kecil Chlorella + 200 ml air. Minum jam 9 malam.

  • Membina otot dan tumbesaran: 1 sudu Fermentasi Protein Kacang Hitam + 1 sudu besar Tenaga Tunas + 200 ml air suam (sesuai juga untuk pesakit gout, buah pinggang, atau reumatik).

  • Kolesterol tinggi/hati berlemak: 3 sudu besar Oat + sedikit garam laut + 250 ml air panas, tutup 5 minit. Tambah 2 sudu kecil Minyak Kelapa + 2 sudu kecil Minyak Biji Rami + 1 sudu kecil Minyak Germa Gandum sebelum diminum.

💚 肝

中医认为,肝为将军之官,主疏泄,藏血。它调畅情志,保证气机通达;同时调节血液的贮藏和分布。

若生活紧张、常生闷气或长期熬夜,将军就会“发火”:

  • 情绪抑郁或愤怒:肝气郁结,表现为胸胁胀满、易怒、头痛。

  • 熬夜:肝血无法得到休养,容易出现眼睛干涩、面色晦暗。

  • 饮食油腻:增加肝脏负担,诱发脂肪肝、高胆固醇。

👉 养护重点:保持情绪舒畅,避免熬夜,饮食宜清淡,多运动。

👉 调养参考

  • 熬夜后恢复:大麦草 + 小麦草 + 绿藻草 各 1 茶匙,加水 200 ml,晚上 9 点饮用。

  • 增肌或成长:发酵黑豆蛋白 1 勺 + 芽能量 1 饭匙 + 温水 200 ml
     (患有风湿痛、高尿酸、肾病者适用)

  • 高胆固醇/脂肪肝:小燕麦 3 饭匙 + 少许海盐 + 热水 250 ml 焖 5 分钟,食用前加椰子油 2 茶匙 + 亚麻籽油 2 茶匙 + 胚芽籽油 1 茶匙。
