Moroheiya Noodles Plain (Non Soup) *Vegetarian
Moroheiya noodles are very popular. These noodles have no artificial coloring, artificial scent, preservatives, added chemicals and are non-fried. Eating Moroheiya Noodles on a regular basis maintains good health and is good for children who do not like to eat vegetables. Moroheiya Noodles can be used in a variation of delicious international food recipes such as; noodle dishes, spaghetti dishes and fried noodles with gravy dishes, to name a few.
The Moroheiya Vegetable -‘King’s Vegetable’
The Moroheiya Vegetable was called ‘The King’s Vegetable’ in ancient Egypt. It is a vegetable rich in vitamins and minerals especially in Vitamins A, Beta- carotene, Calcium, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 and Fiber. If Moroheiya leafy vegetable is consumed on a regular basis, health and complexion is improved.
Wheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Organic Moroheiya powder, Water, Salt, Sodium Carbonate, Potassium Carbonate
Add noodles to 500ml boiling water and boil 3 to 4 minutes.
When done, take out and cook with your favorite.
The noodles can be cooked into very delicious meals.
They may be added to soups, stir-fried, salads and etc.
