In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the heart is regarded as the ruler of the five organs. It governs the circulation of blood and houses the mind (shen). Like a king, it oversees the entire body. The heart ensures that blood nourishes the organs and also regulates mental and emotional activities.
However, the heart is highly sensitive and easily affected by lifestyle and emotions:
Staying up late: Nighttime is when the heart restores itself. Staying up late disturbs the spirit, causing palpitations, insomnia, and vivid dreams.
Overthinking: Excessive worry disturbs the heart, leading to irritability and forgetfulness.
Overexcitement or exhaustion: Moderate joy benefits the heart, but excessive stimulation or fatigue weakens it, causing chest tightness, shortness of breath, and even high blood pressure.
Key Care Principle: Maintain regular rest, regulate emotions, and keep a calm mind.
Suggested Remedies:
Cold hands and feet, frequent colds: 20 ml Ginger Malt Drink + 200 ml warm water. Drink anytime.
High blood pressure: 30 ml Traditional Enzyme + 1 pack Kamut + 1 tsp Marine Minerals + 50 taps Aspergillus oryzae + 500 ml water. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach, prepare the night before.
Chest tightness, shortness of breath, high blood pressure: 1 tbsp Grape Vinegar C4 + 1 tbsp Black Molasses + 100 ml warm water. Drink after dinner daily.
❤️ Jantung
Dalam perubatan tradisional Cina (TCM), jantung dianggap sebagai raja lima organ. Ia mengawal aliran darah dan menempatkan roh (shen). Seperti seorang raja, jantung memerintah seluruh tubuh.
Namun, jantung sangat sensitif dan mudah terjejas oleh gaya hidup serta emosi:
Tidur lewat: Malam adalah masa jantung berehat. Jika selalu tidur lewat, roh terganggu, menyebabkan berdebar, susah tidur, dan mimpi berlebihan.
Terlalu banyak berfikir: Kerisauan berlebihan mengganggu jantung, mengakibatkan mudah marah dan pelupa.
Terlalu gembira atau penat: Keseronokan sederhana baik untuk jantung, tetapi jika berlebihan akan melemahkannya, menyebabkan dada sesak, nafas pendek, malah tekanan darah tinggi.
Penjagaan Utama: Amalkan tidur teratur, kawal emosi, dan kekalkan minda tenang.
Cadangan Minuman:
Tangan kaki sejuk, mudah selsema: 20 ml Minuman Malt Halia + 200 ml air suam. Boleh diminum bila-bila masa.
Tekanan darah tinggi: 30 ml Enzim Tradisional + 1 paket Kamut + 1 sudu kecil Mineral Laut + 50 ketukan Aspergillus oryzae + 500 ml air. Minum pagi ketika perut kosong, boleh disediakan malam sebelumnya.
Dada sesak, nafas pendek, tekanan darah tinggi: 1 sudu besar Cuka Anggur C4 + 1 sudu besar Molases Hitam + 100 ml air suam. Minum setiap malam selepas makan.

在中医理论中,心为五脏之首,主血脉,藏神志。它的作用,就像一国之君,统领全身运行。心推动血液流通,使脏腑得到营养;同时也主宰精神与意识活动。
然而,心十分敏感,容易被生活习惯与情绪影响:
熬夜:夜为养心之时,常熬夜易致心神不安,表现为心悸、失眠、多梦。
过度操心:忧虑太多会扰动心神,引起烦躁不宁、健忘。
过度兴奋或劳累:喜乐适度有益,但过度则耗伤心气,出现胸闷、气短,甚至血压升高。

手脚冰冷、容易感冒:老姜麦芽饮 20 ml + 温水 200 ml
任何时间饮用血压高:古方酵素 30 ml + Kamut 1 包 + 海洋矿物质 1 茶匙 + 米曲霉敲 50 次 + 水 500 ml
早上空腹饮用,可提前一晚准备胸闷、气短、血压高:葡萄老醋 C4 1 饭匙 + 黑糖蜜 1 饭匙 + 温水 100 ml
