2019年10月,Samantha 因为 子宫肌瘤(Fibroids),接受了 子宫切除手术

Sometimes, the small decisions we make can quietly change our lives.

In 2017, Samantha walked past Healthy Buds Cafe and decided to stop for lunch.
She never expected that this simple choice would gradually transform her lifestyle.

From that year on, Healthy Buds Cafe became her regular lunch spot.

There, she not only enjoyed healthy plant-based meals but also overheard customers sharing their personal health journeys. Many of them mentioned something that was unfamiliar to her at the time: naturopathy.

Some shared how dietary changes improved their overall health. Others talked about how naturopathic approaches helped them regain energy and vitality.

Hearing these stories sparked her curiosity.


A Turning Point in Health

In October 2019, Samantha underwent a hysterectomy due to fibroids.

After the surgery, she began to reconsider her health.
